I am just starting on this journey and would like some motivational friends who will offer support and keep me accountable through encouragement. I am not sure how to add friends.

    I just sent you a friend request. Look at the top of the screen. You'll see a tiny gray image of a person and a tiny red box beside it. Click there and you'll get a message saying you have a friend request that you can accept or deny.

    If you want to send a friend request, click on someone's name until you get to their profile page. You'll see two green boxes, Send Message and Add As Friend. If you click on Add As Friend, you can also send a message with your request.
