I am 29 years old I am working to eat healthy and lose about 30 more lbs. along with getting a fit sexy body and would like to establish a network of friends to work with. I would love to trade workouts, struggles, and successes!

    I sent a request, if you have any questions feel free to ask, unfortunately what works for one person doesn't work for all, I had to find out by weighing myself daily and tracking everything I ate, playing with carbs and cals till I found my sweet spot for weight loss without losing muscle.
