Can anybody help with the stubborn weight?

I am 5'2 and 148 and I have been for what feels like a very long time. My goal weight is 135 which is 13 pounds away. Does anybody have a successful work out they know of to get off the stubborn pounds?

Accurate calorie counting and logging. Exercise can help with the deficit, but you still have to make sure you're eating less than you burn. And with that little to lose, it's going to take time (about half a pound a week to retain muscle) and precision in your logging.

A consistent calorie deficit gets rid of pounds. But the fewer you have to lose, the slower they will come off. Have you reset your calorie goal after your initial loss (if I understand you correctly you've been at this for a while?) You may also need to be more accurate. Do you weigh everything you eat on an electronic food scale? Do you double check to make sure you are logging the right amount and the correct item?

All of the above is great advice..I also need to burn off 11 pounds and
I am increasing protein, weight workouts and cardio, avoiding sugar, and keeping a food log . The weight is coming off slowly.. you can DO IT just be consistent and don't give up.

I have been successful in doing a high fat low carb meal plan and honestly, it's the best thing I've done for my body because the weight is coming off every week ... I'd love to share the plan I'm on with anyone looking to lose!

The workout that you enjoy and want to keep doing if you will lose weight or not.
