Anyone trying to lose 75-100lbs?

After recently having two babies back to back and gaining 130 pounds. And then going to visit my sister in Puerto Rico and sitting on a beach looking at all these beautiful woman and wanting to cry, I decided that I needed to start now. My current weight is 265. My goal is 135 I'm 5'3. Anyone want to add me please feel free. I'm totally new to this and honestly working out as I've always was small until pregnancy.

I can relate to your experience at the beach! I am looking to lose 50+ pounds, and wearing a bathing suit is not fun for me either. You've already taken the first step, you're on your way! Many of us need that extra push and encouragement. We can do this!3

Now is as good a time as any to start!! I had 164 to lose, I've got 55 more to go. I never lost the baby weight and my babies are 20 and 17!! But it's officially gone and then some now. I weigh almost as much as I did when I was 21 (which was a long time ago!!)5

i also had 2 kids and gained alot of weight! i'm also starting at 265. I lost it once, and starting over is sooooo draining! I added you! anyone else can add me too

Hi there! I started at 215 four months ago and I am now 182. I'm 21 and 5'2, for reference. This has been the most weight loss I have ever seen. I never thought it would be possible for me, but it is happening.
You can do this! Set small and achievable goals, don't dwell on the fact that you might have a long way to go, and try to keep yourself motivated. Try to make weight loss easy and fun. Good luck!3 -
You can do it! I was 263 last September. Lost a bit last fall but the majority since March and I'm now ~227-228 lbs (bouncing up and down in that range for 2 weeks now grrr). My goal is 145 lbs (I'm 5'4"), at which point I will reevaluate and see if I need to recomp.

Send me a friend request I am looking to lose the same. Since I hit the menopause had my gall bladder removed I'm struggling. I'd love to look half decent in shorts. Who cares about beach bodies not me I'm 51 had 4 kids and adopted two I gave up in all that years ago :-)1

Feel free to add me! I have an almost 2 year old and although I was fortunate to not gain weight while pregnant I gained a ton after he was born because my activity level dropped so much.2

Im in!! I want to lose 130lbs. I am currently at 289lbs. I started n Thursday and am happy to say I am already 5lbs down!! My DR is monitoring my weightloss and has me on a very strict Low Carb diet do to the fact that my diabetes was totally out of control. She also put me on Metformin and Phentermine. The Phentermine is AMAZING! 5 days ago I literally didnt have the energy to get off the couch. Today I am excited to go shopping and looking forward to going to see fireworks tonight!

Hi everyone Happy 4th. I'm 4"11& 201.
Hoping to find people to share the weightless journey with. I have alot of support but sometimes I feel like it's all I talk about. Then I wonder if I'm about to drive everyone crazy discussing my meal plans or gym time. Im so focused right now and I feel like I'm making slow but steady progress started out 210 in March and it would be nice to have other people to talk with that have the same challenge of having so much to lose. First post and not sure how this works but guess I'll figure it out sooner or later.2 -

I want to loose 1lb... When I loose that 1lb I move on to the next until I've shred the full 42! When I see it broken down makes the overall goal not seem daunting. 24 weeks until Christmas.0

I would like to lose 100 lbs! I stopped smoking almost 4 years ago and I have gained 75 lbs. I am currently 5'8 259.4 lbs. I work full time and go to school full time. I am on my feet all day and I still have a problem reaching 10,000 steps. I am off of school for the summer and i find myself being incredibly lazy. I want to wake up at 5am , walk 5 miles and go to work. I love to cook so I am great at planning meals for the week. I am having trouble motivating myself! As several people have mentioned i like talking about food amd working out. I feel more focused.
Whats everyones plan? What meals do you eat? How often are you working out? Is there a group we can join/create?
