Anyone using an elliptical trainer?

I've lost 4st in weight but I'm struggling to find motivation to lose the last 1st 7lbs. I have some saggy skin and have been told I need to tone up. Can you tone your body while losing weight with a elliptical trainer? Or do I need to do weight training too?

    I would suggest to do both. 20 minutes cardiovascular and 10 minutes strength every other day is a good start. You can always fit in some planking and suckling in stomach during the day. Every little bit adds up. Keep going you got this!
