Hi all,

My phone is having a 'blip' today so i thought i would use my computer to update 'myfitnesspal' however they are not 'sync'd',

can anyone help me sync my phone to the web?

    On the home screen of the app, there is a "MORE" option (instead of diary, or charts, etc) or on Android it look like an upside triangle with a circle around it. That menu gives you an option to manually sync if it isn't doing it on its own.

    Oh thank you very much...i have found out now that my phone is no online so trying to figure that out now...it just gave up last night & dont know how to get it back online :) x
