Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to the world of dieting or as I am beginning to embrace, a lifestyle change. I'm looking to shed a few pounds and really tight. Up in my mid section. Does anyone have any pointers?

    Hello!
    My suggestion would be to eat at a caloric deficit.
    Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.

    Thanks. I read some where that is should be around 500 calories. Is this true?
