    Hi all, i am a uk girl (north east) and so far have only 1 friend on here so please add me too. I am looking to lose about 20lb though it has slowed somewhat over the past few weeks so need motivation to continue. It would be useful for the uk gang to pass on info to each other such as deals on fitness equipment or clothing as and when they find them.
