If you feel the urge run and brush your teeth. Chocolate and toothpaste are ucky together annnd your teeth will be super clean
you wont want to mess them up.

If you have your own home just tell her you are on a weight loss plan and cannot have it. If you live with her ask her to get some 85% dark chocolate for you. It is good for you with less sugar.0

Tell mom to hide them or store them in places not in plain view. I have the same problem and just don't buy them. Not knowing the inticing chocolate is around helps.0

There is nothing to stop you having some chocolate if you want some just have a small amount to kill the craving0

Dark Chocolate
Believe it or not, chocolate is a healthy treat, as long as you choose wisely. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids, antioxidants that have been shown to lower blood pressure, improve blood flow, and boost overall heart health. Choose chocolate that is at least 70 percent cacao or cocoa to optimize the antioxidant power and health benefits. Dark chocolate may even boost your mood. While there's no scientific explanation for why, the rich taste and sensuous mouth-feel of a decadent piece of dark chocolate may be to thank. Just be sure to keep your portions in check — one ounce of dark chocolate has about 150 calories.
