Those are two completely different things. Non-GMO is the rejection of genetically modified foods, which is a little irrational; veganism is the ethical rejection of animal exploitation in your food, clothing, etc, as far as practicable and possible within your life.
Both have nothing to do with weightloss/weightgain.0 -
