8 Week Weight-Loss Program With Fitness Blender!

My goal to get out of this is to lose as much weight as I can in a healthy manner as well as tone my body along the way..I was 190-200 all through highschool but you could never really tell because of my height I was 5'10 and most of my weight is in my thighs i am an hourglass shape so ive heard but its been three years since highschool and my weight is out of control im turning 21 and im a whole and i mean whole 231 pounds like wtf... did...did..i just eat a baby elephant lol listeeenn WHAT ever the issue is I need at least 15 to be gone by August 25 when I turn 21.
So today is my 2nd day of week #1 using the program and I must say hot damn, Becaussseee I was sweating up to 10 minutes even after the work out lol , I started 6/29/16 which was yesterday...
My Starting Measurements:
Height:5'11
Weight:231.8...dear sweet baby jesus in a onesie..lol
Bust:44 in..i wear a 38c in bra
Waist:37 in i wear between a 14 and 16 depending on material
Hips:45 in
Thighs: 28 in
ill update every 3 days so please come on with me and tell me your results and stuffsssss

We are "twins". I am 5'10", and 236.1. I have a big ole "food baby" belly, and that has got to GO! NO MORE FOOD BABY!
I am really into yoga, and that helps me. I am working on the poses. I have a fitbit, but have only done 5000 steps one day. Working on it though.1 -

i wanna try yoga!!! but lml im not as flexible but fitness blenders adds yoga and Pilates into the 8 week program0 -
okay guys so here's my update i worked out Wednesday Thursday and Friday but not Saturday and Sunday due to family and work schedule and those past two days i haven't ate the healthiest i didn't go over board but i was a wendys pick 4 away lmao i actually miss working out and i start back tomorrow i miss sweating pools in my living-room so i am back at it again water only no juice but i had 1 can of soda (ginger ale) yesterday at a bbq i felt so bad afterwards that all i was working towards was amounting to nothing because i couldn't control my urge of wanting food i shouldn't be eating and then once i let myself have a little treat it turned into a burger AND a small fry each day....my theory is 1. Don't give your self a free pass on weekends especially only 4-21 days in because you haven't really developed self control and you will crash and burn give yourself and goal date and ON the date of completion have a treat....and i mean a TREAT not a meal not a TREAT WEEK/WEEKEND... i fell short but i'm standing tall again Monday i'm not starting the program over because i'm not giving up like my past im just gonna push myself harder!1

so alot has been going on at work and school and party planning ive fell off so bad ive lost motivation idk why maybe it has something to do with the time of the month...(females know)or stress yea idk lml ill jog a mile tomorrow and do some core workouts and try that for a week and see how i do...any tips on motivation guys?0
