Hi there,
I'm going through a stage of undoing all my hardwork during the week and having proper blow outs at the weekend. I have started filling my diary in on bad days but am looking for a bit of support/more FP friends to help me through.
I'm male,28, looking to lose approx a stone (slightly more after this weekend)

hey, a stone soo having a look at your diary - wow did you really have chinese for breakfast??? *shudder* rest sounded yummy but happy to try and be supportive if you want to add :-) lose a stone and lose the moobs ;-)0

For those of us across the pond from the OP, a stone is about 14 pounds.
You'll find you get a lot of support here. There are a lot of guys on here looking to slim down and bulk up.0 -
I've been doing the same lately. Stressful times and weekend = BINGE and undoing all my hard work . It sucks! I usually don't mind if I go over my goal a little on weekends but been gone way over this weekend and feel terrible for it!
I'm looking to lose a stone too0 -
I tend to screw up on the weekends too. Just work really hard during the week.0

if you find that you do well all week long but on the weekends you have trouble, just plan your weekend eating ahead of time and be sure to add some kind of excercise to earn EXTRA calories, this is so do able you just have to plan ahead0

remember also that one day of bad eating will not undo a whole week of great work. Make sure you don't restrict yourself from any foods. If you want pizza eat pizza. Just try to get into the habit of doing a little workout, even if it's just 15-20 minutes, BEFORE you eat what you want to eat. You'll burn a little extra calories and have that good workout feeling which will lead to you eating less at that meal.0
