    Baby steps. You don't need to make big changes, you just need to reduce your calorie intake so that you eat fewer calories than your body uses.

    Start by logging what you normally eat for a week or two.

    After you build up some data, look back through your log to see where you might eat smaller portions or substitute for calorie-dense foods with other foods that you also like.
