Gym Workout for a non-runner?

Hi All! I'm Mel, 20 years old.
HW: 226
CW: 191
GW: 145

Currently on a fabulous meal plan consisting of mostly spinach salad/chicken breast combination, fruits + popcorn snack and a protein shake.

I am not as savvy on the fitness side however, and need help finding gym exercises that don't consist of just running on the treadmill. Any ideas? I'd love to know some weight loss workout routines for the gym!

    Try some high intensity intervals on the cross trainer or bike, 30 secs fast as you can, 30 secs recovery pace for 10-20 minutes. You can build it up every few weeks by upping the high intensity period and shortening the recovery.
