I've been tracking progress with MFP for one month but just checked out the message boards for the first time today. I'm 52 years old and trying to lose 50 lbs. So far, so good on the 17 Day Diet plan.

    I just started Myfitnesspal also. I've been logging on for five days now. It has really helped me pay attention to what I'm eating. I also have the phone application for it so it helps me when I'm out and about. Good luck!
