Need help to stop late night snacking.

I have been on Fitness Pal for the past year, but this is the first time I have posted in order to get some help. My biggest challenge is eating after dinner. I wish I had seen (and joined) the June challenge to stop late night snacking. I am going to try this challenge: no eating after 9 pm, except for either Friday or Saturday, but not both. I will post my wins(ME) and losses (LNS). Anyone want to join? Any advice?

Question, is you eating after dinner causing you to go over your daily calories? If it is you have two options. 1) Budget calories so you have calories left so you can have snacks in the evening. 2) Stop eating when you have eaten all your calories and learn to cope.
If you are not going over your daily calorie goal, then don't worry about it. When you eat makes no difference as long as you stick to your calorie goal.1 -
