Well I've been consistent for 19 days in a row now! for some that isn't much , but for me it is a lifeline, I've been good about cleaning up my life. Eating healthier and tracking the results are becoming a good habit. Began exercising for the first time in many years,turned my spare bedroom into my private aerobic room. Bought several pieces of equipment off of craigslist, got really good deals on a stair master and a c2 rower!
Also have joined a gym, that was huge step for me, starting off just using the Cyber machines for now, eventually I would like to include free weight exercises.
It has been encouraging to watch the scale move, now I just have to find the strength to remain consistent!
Starting to regain some focus mentally, and Im hoping life continues to clear up in the months ahead !
