Any easy tummy exercises ???
Also has anyone any tips for going from walk to run on thread mill haven't run in years ha ha but I am walking fast over 5k

    I guess everyone will come in and say this, but if it's fat you're trying to lose on your stomach you'll have to lose it from everywhere. I don't believe you can spot reduce.

    If you're looking to strengthen muscle in the area then there is a whole range of exercises you can do. Pilates is good at strengthening the core while not being too strenuous. Strength training in general is good as well, either at home with or without weights or in the gym. I noticed a big difference after 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels but I found it hard to stick to.

    With regards to the running, have you seen the Couch to 5k podcasts/apps? That's what got me from walking to running. I'd highly recommend it!
