No weight loss

I have been on this 1500 calorie for over 3 months, I lost down to 205, then back to 210. No I don't cheat, and I do walk 5000 steps a day, sometimes more. I try to stay under the goal. Any ideas how to speed up my metabolizim? So frustrating!!!!! :s

    are you "eating back" exercise calories?

    Its really good that you have kept motivated and driven for 3 months, I know how hard it is when you aren't getting the result you want. Are you drinking much alcohol? I am extremely healthy, I walk everyday, but my alcohol consumption is my downfall!! I have cut back and seen some improvement, so maybe this would apply to you? Best of luck!!

    Firstly - do the obvious, weigh and measure everything, log everything. Second, you are female and in your 50's - I am close to that....Start lifting weights - real weights, not 2lb pink ones....It changed everything for me....
