I am doing Turbofire and just added in Insanity. They are both very fun and effective. I didn't have a c-section to give birth but I did have one to remove an ovary and huge cysts the size of a baby lol. My pooch is almost gone and my scar area is much smoother =)

I love P90X, however it was Insanity that helped me see my obliques. I had the same surgery and my abs (not stomach) is flatter than most 20 year olds.

I had two. I ran and kept my overall weight within limits. Yes, I'm on this site, but my weight is generally not "over". I used a good cream.
    Did I mention I ran?

You can't crunch your way to tighter skin, you need to give it time. If not, and if it is within the budget, once you're done with kids have the things tucked.

I haven't. Got lucky. But many girlfriends weren't lucky and took matters into their own hands, heck I live in NYC, so it's cool....

I have had 2 csections. My stomach is flat again. It is possible, but I know people have different body types. I have muscle lines on my stomach. Mostly I have ran and ran and ran some more. I have recently started weight lifting, but most of my weight loss has come from running.

I've had two c-sections and it's just naturally gone away with a healthy diet and exercise. It definitely takes time, but your body should go back to normal once you get back on your regular routine. I was up to 195 with my first kiddo (starting at 130lbs) and got up to 165 (2010) with my second. I haven't done any of the hard core training, I just walk a lot, do cardio, and track what I eat on here..I am now 120lbs and no pooch :) Good luck and congratulations on your little one! Feel free to add me :)

I had my second c-section on March 29th. I still have my pooch and it takes quite a while for the swelling to go down. I never lost my pooch from my first one. It has become something I've come to live wiht. I think all depends on your bodies make up. My cousin had a c-section with her 2nd baby and her's is gone. So I think it just depends.

I've had two c-sections myself and its tightened up since I had my last back in January. Unfortunately I still have my stretch marks and a little loose skin down the middle. I'm still trying to work on it but it just depends on your body...some women get it back to the original way and others like myself just have those battle scars:tongue:
