No favorite body part but I have favorite lifts. I guess they'd be deadlifts, squats, bench, and heavy hip thrusts-in that order.
I do love a good bicep pump tho2 -
Before my back injury, it would have been a tossup between shoulders/lats and quads. Now, any muscle I can workout without my lower back screaming up to a pain level of 9 in ten seconds.0

Mine is legs and back.
Mine too.
There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift.
Though as I get stronger in the shoulders, I really enjoy working those. Though this is because I can now lift my wife up over my head with one hand, and her terror amuses me.1 -
