Can someone please give me the correct calories for 4oz cooked chicken thighs and breasts! There are way too many variations out there. I have been using 165 for breasts and 232 for thighs. Considering Chicken is my main source of protein I want an accurate number. I don't weigh it raw, just the number for plain old cooked chicken.

Look it up yourself in the USDA nutrient database.

You looked up the item in the USDA nutrient database and there are discrepancies? Or you looked them up in the MFP database and found discrepancies?

Because people need to at least try to find things the right way themselves. "There are way too many variations out there" sounds like he looked it up on MFP. I gave him the correct answer--look it up in the USDA nutrient database. He can find the correct information there. Then he can look for the same information in the MFP database. Then he will have developed a skill that will help him long term.
