I'm doing good with my meals but I craving all my unhealthy snacks, especially when sitting at my computer. List your favorite snack and are there free foods that little to no calories?
thanks.

there's no such thing as a no calorie snack, but I LOVE pickles, and you can eat loads of them for very little caloric load. Cucumbers too (obviously, since pickles are made of cucumbers). I like to dip cucumbers in salsa while I'm watching TV.

On the pickled theme, pickled whole chillies or sliced jalapeños are a go to snack for me. Loads of flavour, really light on calories.

    Seafood / surimi sticks
    Radishes
    Salted celery sticks
A small bag of air-popped popcorn
Salt & vinegar flavour rice cakes

Can you tell I'm a savoury snacker?

Salt and vinegar rice cakes? Oh, I need those in my life. I've never seen such a thing. The closest thing I've found are the Special K Salt & Vinegar cracker chips.

Apple with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fiber one bars, smoothie with flax seed, 100 calorie popcorn, lightly salted rice cake drizzled with some honey (taste like Honey Smacks cereal) - the last two doesn't really satisfy my hunger, though.

I like peanuts in the shell, occupies your hands and slows down your eating a little. Also it's just fun, good clean fun.

I'm trying to stop the habit of mindless snacking :/, if I feel like I have to have something, I just try to make sure it's either a fruit or veggie. I try to not have snacks in the house to resist the temptation and the husband is not happy!

So, I ADORE Trader Joe's White Cheddar Corn Puffs. It is 130 calories for 28 grams, which is a pretty decent sized portion. I have a serving every evening while we're watching TV :)

When I was dieting for weight loss, I would take baggies of fresh vegies, all cut up and ready to eat. I also took nuts. I love diced fennel -- a lot.
How can dill pickles have 0 calories?

I'm a weirdo, I LOVE fruits and veggies, all by themselves.
Favorite veggies for just mindless snacking while doing stuff like computer and TV are sugar snap peas and sliced bell pepper.

But since I'm trying to gain weight, I'm really supposed to have other stuff with it, like Ranch dressing or hummus.
