Calorie goal and activity question

So I've been using this a while and while at uni i had my activity set as sedentary because during exam time i barely leave my desk other than to go to the shop or gym.
However ive now returned to work as a waitress full time (4-5 days per week) and upped my activity level accordingly to active.
I now have a jawbone fitness watch and am wondering should i log those calories or not? I mean obviously im running and walking about loads at work but has that already been considered by selecting active or can i log them anyway?

You can connect your Jawbone to MFP and it will log any extra calories you burn on top of maintenance. But ideally without it, you wouldn't be logging what you do at work.0

So my jawbone will only log excess of maintenance?0
