Hello guys, fairly new here. Today I made two cans of corned beef with a seasoning I like called Sazon, used two of them and they are way too salty. I ate half of that and that was probably 5,000mg of salt. Is that too much or will I be fine? ![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
Thanks,
Nath

You'll be fine. Drink water. Ignore any water weight gain over the next couple days.0

possible stroke, but you'll pull thru.2

If your kidneys are normal and your blood pressure is fine, sodium is no issue at all except in that it's annoying because you temporarily retain some water because of it.1

Just don't do it all the time.0

you will b fine. in asian cultures average sodium is 10,000mg-15,000mg and they are fine.0

I pull in between 5-6000 everyday, to keep my levels proper. You'll be just fine, assuming that you don't have any wonky medical conditions.0

Thanks everyone
I don't have any medical issues but I was worried because I never eat that much sodium lol. Thanks a lot!
