Hello. I'm Roxanne. I'm 28, married, no kids and I weight about 380 lbs and I'm 5'11". I'm hoping to lose about 160 lbs. I've never been really good at tracking what I eat or my calories but I'm going to try to make this part of my daily routine. I'm just tired of not being who I want to be.

    You have made the decision to take the first step. You may not be great with calorie counting or tracking food but MFP is a learning tool. Stick with it and don't expect miracles, you will be a winner. FG
