How tall are you? Just judging by your weight, I'd imagine you're a reasonable amount heavier than you should be. Weight loss is always quite fast, at first, especially if you're a fair amount overweight. Enjoy it while it lasts, because as you get lighter and lighter, weight loss will slow down quite a bit. Lol. At the moment, so long as you're getting appropriate nutrients, your weight loss is just fine. If you feel you're losing too fast, however, just up your daily target by 100-125 calories.

What should you do? Take it and run with it. Keep eating the same calories and celebrate in that weight loss until it slows down. Most people would love to have that "problem"

I lost fast at first but now it's slowed.... a lot is probably water weight.... don't worry too much yet. but keep an eye
