First day weighing food!

And I came in at 1389 calories! Yeah baby! I'm happy with this. Lots of veggies at dinner for the win! Very excited to be on track, I've got 15lbs to lose and am so ready!

    I measure and weigh everything. It's a little hassle, but I like to know it's correct.
    I always end up estimating wrong. Tonight I gota piece of fudge that looked like it might be a bit too much... Put it on the scale, and it was 41 grams! A serving is 40 grams...I was amazed! And happy LOL

    Yeah vivid! I weighed the butter I out on my veggies and thought it was going to be too much...it was 60 calories. Boom! So worth it!

    Oh, I don't weight that kind of stuff. Butter, cream cheese, dressings, etc I measure by the volume like tablespoons or cups.
    And with stuff like rice, noodles, meat, other cooked things, I weigh/measure after it's cooked.
