Hi all! My name is Myles , 23 weighing in at 210 and 5' 7" . Restarting my journey to a healthy lifestyle after graduating college and in need of friends to help keep each other accountable . Who is with me!?

    Im 31. I am also 5'7. 200lbs I dont know how good of a buddy i would be but I am trying to give it a shot. Baby steps.
