Walking!!

I'm in!! I just went from being very inactive to walking 2-3x a day for just over a week. The first day I struggled to make a mile and never thought I'd make it. Today....I am at 3.2 mi logged! I am trying to lose weight (goal of 15 lbs)) and I am doing a 1200 cal a day diet and walking. This is the most active I've been in years due to some chronic illnesses BUT I started this diet and exercise and I feel so much better just in this short amount of time, I'm even sleeping better at night! I am here for motivation and accountability
