Gilad cuts n curves...

What would I log this workout under?? Not sure if strength training or calisthenics?? 60 minutes a lot of weight lifting (arm work) incorporated with buns and thighs...

    What would you say it did more of? If it was heavy weight (you couldn't do more than 8 reps in a set) then log it under Weight Lifting. If it was lighter weight (20 reps or 30 reps or something silly), then log it as calisthenics.

    It alternates between light and heavy but there's lunges squats push-ups ect included
