I can't stay away from sweets

You don't have to, just eat it in moderation. Try eating things lower in calories for your meals to leave as many calories as possible for snacks. This might make you hungrier or it might not. That's what I do and it works well for me. Try sugar free jello (only 40 cal for a whole pack) or diet soda. That helps me with my sugar cravings although it's not the healthiest. If you're craving chocolate, buy dark chocolate. A piece of that is a lot more satisfying than milk chocolate, which I could eat non stop lol1

I try to leave calories for a small treat every night. It gives me something to look forward to. My "go to" lately is a scoop of gelato.0

I can't eat sweets at all. If I do, I go back to active sugar addict. Also, artificial sweeteners can be a trigger for me to eat sugar. I find that it gets easier each day I go without sugar and wheat. Today I had a diet drink and I hope it won't be a trigger. I won't give in, but I sure hate white knuckling it...0
