my workout shorts that are a 16/18 were starting to get really loose on me, so i decided to try a 12/14, and they fit great

my husband has also said when he looks at me from behind my back is looking leaner (no fat rolls to put it bluntly) YAY!

    OMG, My boyfriend just told me the same thing about my back, His words "Your back is looking more defined, I can't see where your bra is anymore" so I replied, so basically your telling my I lost my back fat. LOL I'll take that compliment anyway I can get it.

    That's great. I hope you move as quickly as I did at that size. I was only in 12's for 3 wks before I got to the 10's. Keep up the great work!

    Yay! I do like seeing smaller numbers on the scale but being able to buy smaller clothes is what I'm really looking forward to!

    good job Cher!!! I am still wearing basically the same size clothing, but I bet if I actually went shopping I might be surprised! I lost it right around my bra line first, lol.
