Hey all - I'm going to post regularly in this thread as I drop these 15 vanity pounds for once and for all.

I'm 32 years old, 129lbs and 5'3. Highest weight was 148lbs, lowest weight since puberty is 123lbs. Looking to get down to around 117 or so, so stay tuned! Feel free to add me or share your success in this thread as well!

Disclaimer: I currently eat like garbage. I'm gradually cleaning it up since cold turkey doesn't work for me. So yes there is some junk food on this list. This will be a slow process for me but stayed tuned.

Here's the plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast: coffee with cream (I don't really eat breakfast usually...unless I'm really hungry).

Lunch: steak and rice with veggies

Snack 1: snickers bar (I will eventually wean this out)

Snack 2: sriracha chicken, and a second caffeinated beverage if necessary

Dinner: asparagus wth butter and salt, lightly breaded fish with mayo

Snack: full fat yogurt (Nosa)

I likely cannot exercise tomorrow due to my schedule but I'm set to start in Thursday!

    Today was a great day. Overall and food wise. I didn't follow my plan perfectly but stayed below my calorie goal. Reminding myself that I will weigh in again tomorrow morning and if I didn't drop weight, it's okay.

    Tomorrow I have a dinner date so I will build in some buffer during the day. I will probably want a drink and won't be able to weigh my food obviously.

    Breakfast:
    Coffee, English muffin wth cream cheese and turkey (I know I will be hungry in the morning.

    Lunch: meatball marinara

    Snack: maybe a sausage and some asparagus. It's kind of like dinner but I know I will be starving if I don't eat at all until dinner

    Dinner: tbd. I will also have an alcoholic beverage or two.

    That is all. I managed to get through today with one k-cup worth of caffeine. And a small can of Coke Zero. I will aim for that again tomorrow, but will allow for an afternoon boost if necessary.
