Hello...anyone starting out with Paleo? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I have been eating a slightly modified version of Paleo for about 2 years. I focus far more on vegetables nowadays. But I still incorporate meat into my dinners 3-5 times per week. I don't eat any processed food, no wheat or grain and no added sugar except occasionally a small amount of local organic honey. I eliminated all dairy but I've slowly incorporated a very small amount of grass-fed dairy back into my diet (butter and sometimes cheese). I use to be extremely strict Paleo though. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have or recommend anything0

I swear I replied but I don't see it. I'm trying to eat paleo. I found before that eating enough fat is really important. It's what helps you feet not hungry. If you just do protein and veggies without fat you probably won't be able to keep it up for long. Feel free to add me. I just started logging my food again.0
