Hi there! I understand what you are going through. I find myself hunger throughout the day, but I went to a Ultimate Nutrition Store and they recommended Whey Protein. I bought the big jug of Gold Standard Whey Protein and it keeps me full until my next meal. I do eat 5 times per day. I get 1200 calories per day so here is how my day looks.
Breakfast: Protein shake or 1 cup of Raisin Bran Crunch with 1 cup 2% milk and green tea w/ equal.
Snack: Banana or apple or beef & ostrich protein stick
Lunch: I stick to about 300 to 400 calories here. (Sandwich, Salad, Soup or a combo)
Snack: Same as the other snack or I might choose to drink another shake.
Dinner: Some times my shake or chicken, seafood, or steak with a veggie and a starch.
I hope this helps. Good luck.0 -

MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING 5 TO 6 TIMES A DAY SMALLER MEALS AND EAT PLENTY OF FIBER
AND DO NOT SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST. I AGREE TRY A WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE IT SHOULD DO THE TRICK
BEST OF LUCK!0 -

TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST TO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS NO GOOD. I HAVE TO TAKE 500MG
TWICE A DAY BUT THATS WHAT MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED OR YOU MIGHT DO GOOD WITH A B-COMPLEX0 -
I wouldent get too concerned with the calories you are over today,do NOT stress yourself over how much you are eating right now, just try to stay under 1500.Are you logging your excersise?0

I would check your BMR and just try to stay under that if you are starving. If you stay under that atleast you shouldn't gain. I know it's hard during that time to resist. My suggestion is that tomorrow and the following days, plan your meals and calories for the intire day and try to stick with it. If there is something you really crave try to fit that into your daily calories. I have found that if, during that time, I'm really craving something, I'm just starving until I have it. Also keep tons of low cal snacks around like carrots and celery sticks.
You can do it.0
