Drop 10 workout!!??

Has anyone tried this and got results of so please let me know! And post pics if can. I just started today and it is a good little exercise it sure did make me sweat! Says you can drop 10lbs in 2 weeks doing this workout. So if anyone wants to join me then feel free. Would love to hear some results of ppl who have done it! Just starting my workout routine as I don't workout very often and need to drop 40lbs also have a wedding next year so trying to stay motivated but mainly to be healthy but look good as well lolc4y1w4ctmhca.png

    Maybe 150 calories a day, it's definitely not 10lb unless you are 400lb to begin with.

    Don't trust any programs that have unbelievably fit people pictured.

    Theres no magic pill/diet/exercise! Its 90% what you eat, 10% exercise

    This will not make you lose weight. But it may make you feel better than you do now. And make you more aware of your body. Being more aware of your body and feeling better are excellent ways to keep on keeping on in the weight loss process.
