Goal: to form a support group of up to 5 seriously committed women.

Hi.
My name is Jodi.
I write in MyFitnessPal diary every day.

I am struggling to lose weight and would like to connect with other active members.

Would love to:
1 meet once a week online
2 write positive comments of encouragement
3 share some challenges without judgement
4 share meal & exercise ideas maybe through Pinterest
5 and acknowledge together that this is about a lifetime of being healthy!

    Would love to join the group. I've been struggling after an injury and need some encouragement too. A small group sound ideal.

    I can understand injury. I tore my ACL last March (2015) and after 4 months of therapy fear of ever needing surgery dictated I join a gym to get stronger and stay there. I didn't return to MMA because I had only started in my 40s (did a little over 2 years) and I do not want to return with my partially torn ACL...only to injure it again. I had joined a 10 week nutrition program last summer. We met once a week. In my opinion, nothing beats a certified nutritionist. I am going to post a challenge for the group...something the nutritionist shared.
