Fell off for 3 weeks :( motivation needed

I was doing really well for about 3 months. I had an Achilles injury and had to rest for a couple weeks. Now I can't get the same motivation back and to be honest it's a bit depressing and I'm frustrated. Any ideas of how to push past the wall and get moving?

    Start slow not where you left off. I fall off now and then but i honor my body also... maybe you need to start slow so your body can handle the work with out any further injury. Your body will know more than any one can say what you need. Not to mention if you start say two days a week youll feel so good then up it to 3 and so on. Once your body (muscles hold memory .. trully they do) reconnects you will have the desire again to go full steam. Be patient with your self.

    Thank you so much for the advice!! I'm looking to find some new circuits that I can do training at home in my apartment. Something low impact to make sure I don't push my Achilles and allow it to heal fully. I'd love some options if you have any ideas!
