Do you take any probiotics and if so which have you found to be most beneficial?

After taking a round of antibiotics I will take probiotics until the probiotics bottle runs out.
Are you looking for other benefits? I saw no benefit in weight loss or appetite reduction.
I've read it can help with Chrons or was it IBS.
    Beneficial for what?

Probiotics can have all kinds of value such as aiding in absorption of nutrients and metabolism, assisting with minimizing infections and allergies, and balancing problems with digestion and bloating. Just wondering if anyone has tried to use any for the variety of benefits they can cause and share what they have found help with.

I take this one daily. I also like the plain and the other flavor.

I make my own kombucha- curbs appetite, I get probiotics from that, and I leave the pills alone.

@22Freya - Awesome you can eat that. Wish you had an open diary so others can see what other things you eat for your health. Kombucha also provides a healthy dose of Vitamin K2. Beneficial for healthy bones, and keeping too much calcium out of your blood for heart health.
People with IBS or chrons have been helped by probiotics. Can help with digestive /bloating issues.
Still not sure what condition is.
Probiotics are rather expensive. Your problems could be stemming from foods you are currently eating or not eating.
Here are articles of foods to eat and foods to avoid.
