Resistance bands

Does anyone know the calories burned using bands or how to find it under strengh exercises

    The formulas for weight training using weight and distance give a very low calorie burn. Since the resistance of bands is variable over the length of the stretch and probably non-linear, the calculations would be difficult on top of disappointing. Bands aren't really for burning calories in a big way.

    I pay more attention to my heart rate than the calories when I strength train, I log my exercise calories just so I'm logging exercise but I work to a TDEE formula.

    What he said. Roll your activity into your TDEE and track and eat accordingly.

    Thanks, I'll just stop worry about those few calories and concentrate on the workout.
