Fitbit exercise tracking

If I use my Fitbit to track heart rate and calories burned since it obviously tracks my steps should I still track a workout like Cize into my fitness pal or is that kind of double dipping on burned calories?

Be very, very careful with the calories burned tracking. I use a fitbit and I know for sure the amount it shows burnt is not accurate at all. The heart rate is ok but it's not perfect either. I have done a 30 minute cardio workout and HR would show numbers that are way off (usually low HR 80's or 90's)
I prefer tracking my intake and goals here vs Fitbit site. Of course that is personal preference.0 -
I guess it depends why you are tracking your exercise? Are you tracking it to see how many calories you burn? Are you trying to lose weight?0
