Blowdrying? How do you get past the washing part?? I wash mine upside down (bend from the waist so I don't have to lift my arms...)0

 thanks for the laugh. I so needed it this morning0

Seriously lol After my first two workouts, I got my boyfriend to wash my hair because I couldn't raise my arms haha0 -
Hrm.... I guess I didn't work hard enough since washing wasn't a problem... That'll be my goal for next time.0

I have to have my husband remove my bra for me after a really good work out. Forget blow drying the hair! I don't even try to stand for the shower; just run a bath. Water goes cold long before I find the strength to lift myself back out of the water.
If I can still move the next morning when I first wake up, I know I didn't do a full workout!0 -
I'm NEVER that sore?!?! Yall must be KILLERS :DDDD
I can say though, blowdrying my hair at any time kills my arm LOL I must just be a weakling hahah!0 -
My arms have been killing me for 3 days. I do not feel alone now! Thanks!!0

hahahahah awesome ladies. i love it! i just let mine air dry. :blushing:0

Totally agree
Trying to get dressed after Bikram yoga is a similar experience.. getting your wet clothes off after the session is a particular challenge!0 -
Agreed! I think taking off your sports bra is the worst of it though! I feel so weak and helpless trying to pull it up over my head. :laugh:Sometimes I think "Maybe I should just pull down the straps and push it down from my chest to my feet"0

I just go for a drive and stick my head out the window.
Just kidding. I just let it air dry in the house.0 -

Haha, this is awesome! I just started P90X last week and I spent my entire weekend hobbling around like an old woman after my legs workout on Friday.0

One time I offered to mow the lawn. Well the lawn mower was broken, so I pulled out the trusty weedeater. How hard can it be?
I weedeated front and back and it looked great.
About 1/2 hour later I went to push myself off the couch and couldn't. Not an ounce of energy left in my arms. Killer workout indeed!! :laugh:0
