Lose weight and to keep maintain it

Hi!! I hope everyone will be doing good.
Coming to the point, I just want to ask about the diet to make me lose weight and to maintain it.
I will tell you first that I have done GM Motor diet for a week and lost weight but again I gained it, then I did diet of 1000 calories per day and 30 minutes exercise daily for almost 2 months and I rapidly lost 5 kg and now again I gained 3 kg as I started eating and left everything.
I am really desperate now from every type of diet and don't want to do anything. But I am worried about myself too much.
Now I came here for help, please, kindly help me.
I will further tell that I am 22 years old, I'm 60 kg and 5ft. And yes I am female.
Now please help me out with this. I want to lose it in simple way but not to gain it again.
Thank you for your time.

You don't need such a restrictive diet. Set your goal to lose .5-1 pound per week, log everything as accurately as possible, and learn how to make this last.

    Try eating at 1,200 cals
That's the minimum for a female, try not to snack (if you do already) Drink plenty of water, especially inbetween meals to help curve the feeling that your hungry when your probably not, and keep moving
Use scales to weigh your food, measuring spoons and measuring cups. Use a measuring jug to measure your liquids (like milk, juice ect) and most importantly, be patient, think of it as a marathon, not a sprint, it takes time

Hope you figure out what works best for you x

Once you reach your goal weight, you then have to learn how to eat at maintenance. Diets shouldn't be quick fixes, they should teach you long-lasting habits that you can carry on with for years.

What you eat in your diet should be what you're going to eat to maintain too, except for less of it. If you stop eating certain foods, then go back to eat them when you maintain as you did before you lost your weight you're bound to put some back on.

You're too young and too close to perfectly slim to be desperate. Save the dramatic adjectives for when you're doctor tells you to lose 100 lb or die. For now, you should make a small adjustment in your habits. Become expert in understanding you, and choose one high calorie habit that you can replace with a no or low calorie habit. Then stick with it. The myfitnesspal food diary is your best resource. Use it diligently and accurately and you will easily find and change the habits necessary to achieve your fitness goal.
