Hi, Im new are we all ready fot this weight loss journey???

Hi my daughter set me this account up a few months ago and im only just checking it out - were going to cuba in march and im hoping to loose at least 4 stone before then. so my weight loss jounrney begins here...........

I live in Boston, Lincolnshire UK how you all doing? is there anyone near me on a similar journey that we can support each other along the way?

    A holiday in March is a great deadline - plenty of time to make lots of progress!
