Book on lifting for women

There was one that was really big on here for awhile, something like the new guide to lifting heavy? I've tried googling and can't find it. I was almost done training for a half when I broke a toe and after a week of running around on it at work I'm looking for something without foot movement

Outside of NROL4W, strong curves is the other big choice with women. The above link will give a ton of variety though.1 -
New rules has a newer one out called strong ...http://www.thenewrulesoflifting.com/strong
There's also Brett Contreras Strong Curves
I bought both NROLFW and SC for interest, the latter is better written I think
(I personally didn't follow either cos my trainer sets my programme but I do incorporate some of the exercises from Strong Curves)0
