New here, saving exercises?

I do alot of different exercises 6 days a week. I was wondering if there was any way of saving my exercises so that i dont have to type them in every day. It keeps the ones from like the day/days before but i only workout one area of my body once a week, so constantly having to re-enter them. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

When you enter your exercises, you can copy a previous day, or whatever day you did that exercise on.,0

Don't think there's much help here on that, the website claims to save the more frequently used but it seems you have to do a search anyway for different days. Same on the foods listing.0

When I hit "Add exercise" it has all of the exercises I've ever done listed before I hit search on anything. It lets you change mins/calories burned and you just check the item and hit "Add Checked."0
