A public thank you to Mike and Al for creating and maintaining this site! You have enriched so many lives and saved many more. Over 20 Million pounds lost - you have made a huge difference in the world!

This week our family (brother, sis in-law, nephew, and me) hit the 208 lbs. lost mark. We all still have more to go - but for the first time in our battle of the bulge we know we can complete the journey because of MFP!

So thanks again for giving us fantastic tools, fabulous people to share the journey with, and the knowledge that we can be healthier tomorrow than we are today!

So many of us owe you our lives - we all owe you our appreciation!
