Fitbit adjustment = 0. Help?

Hi. Even when I do 10,000 steps my Fitbit adjustment is 0 or a tiny number like 8. Is this likely to be correct? Help please.

What do you have your activity level set to? If it's set to something like very active, MFP is already accounting for those calories; thus, Fitbit would not give you any more to consume.0

Do you log any exercise on MFP?

At the bottom of your diary it should show the number of steps you took with your fitbit. If it is not it might mean your not synching for some reason. You do need to periodically synch your fitbit using the Fitbit app. Also I believe there is a item it the settings on MFP that you have to turn on to allow calorie adjustments. Hope that helps.0
