Here’s a tip you can start implementing today...
Switch from regular salt to sea salt in your recipes - and when adding to your foods.
The reason is this: Regular salt has been chemically treated and stripped of all the good things in it.
On the other hand - sea salt is natural and contains valuable electrolytes and minerals which help the body at deep cellular levels - and on the superficial levels. Sea salt is also better for female hormone regulation.
For those reasons alone - sea salt will reduce the severity of the cellulite dimples and shadows on your legs, butt, hips and thighs.

The solution to the obesity epidemic is sea salt! Of course! How could we have missed that!

Are you sure this isn't #2? Cause it sounds like a #2.7

Well that was a hilariously bad tip. Sea salt will do absolutely nothing to aide in weight loss. Those other claims are also complete bunk.

Of the bovine variety #2?
It might even slow down #1.2 -
This is absurd - peddle your drivel elsewhere. I have been using natural salt for years and it has had ZERO impact on my weight or body composition. The Internet does not need anymore misinformation - please refrain from any more posts like this.1
